The municipality of Rosazza, as may be understood from its specific structure, is just not the same old mountain village and its historical past doesn’t even start in historical instances. We’ve got to return to the tip of the 1800s, when in 1883 the rich Federico Rosazza, Venerable Grand Grasp of Biellese Freemasonry, began the development of the Guelph Tower of what’s now the Fortress of Rosazza.
